International Community Schools (ICS) in Khalifa City is looking for an enthusiastic Homeroom Teacher for its Kindergarten (KG) cycle. The role involves delivering the American curriculum to young learners in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned with Common Core State Standards and US‑based frameworks.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the social and academic growth of KG students.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance student well‑being.
• Participate actively in professional development and school‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (accredited).
• Valid teaching licence/certification for Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
• Minimum 4 years full‑time KG teaching experience, preferably in an international school.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in a diverse environment.
