Hostess – Guest Service at DoubleTree Resort

About the role

Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island team and be the first smile guests see. As a Hostess you will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to their tables and ensure every visit starts and ends on a positive note.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, maintaining a friendly environment from arrival to departure.
• Answer guest queries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, promotions and restaurant seating arrangements.
• Handle reservations and manage seating plans efficiently, taking messages and forwarding them correctly.
• Follow Hilton grooming standards, uniform policies and personal hygiene requirements.
• Report any issues following hotel procedures and comply with security, fire, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Flexible, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Cash‑handling experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
• Excellent guest service skills.
