About the role
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Hostess assists with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manages inventory, and supports service staff as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Receive guests in the hotel's restaurants.
- Manage the inventory of the outlet.
- Assist service staff whenever necessary.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
