About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel presents a clean, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Working across rooms and public areas, you will deliver a memorable experience through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies to support daily operations.
- Move throughout the property safely, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional uniform and personal appearance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing ≤ 50 lb.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and company policies.
