About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest space is spotless, welcoming, and safe, creating memorable experiences across the hotel. This full‑time position involves moving throughout the property to address guest requests, maintain public areas, and uphold Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring all surfaces meet brand quality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and manage inventory of linens and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines while performing duties.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, clear communication, and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, quality assurance, and respect for guest privacy.
