About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Stylist) is a key member of the Guest Environment team, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through immaculate hotel spaces. Working across guest rooms and public areas, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Handle linen, amenities, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to achieve daily operational goals.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance at all times.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on work ethic.
