About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness Intern program offers a hands‑on learning experience within Marriott’s hotel operations. Interns will be immersed in the daily activities of a busy hotel, gaining insight into hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist housekeeping teams with daily cleaning tasks and room preparation.
- Observe and learn hotel operational procedures, safety standards, and quality controls.
- Support supervisors in maintaining cleanliness standards across public areas.
- Participate in training sessions to understand Marriott’s brand standards and guest expectations.
Required profile
- Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in a career in hotel management or operations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
