About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts at W Hotels in Dubai create memorable experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and upholding the brand’s high standards of service and presentation. The role also supports Marriott International’s commitment to an inclusive, safe, and professional workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to uphold quality standards.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication with guests and team members.
