About the role
Join the enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Housekeeping Attendant, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in a four‑star hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive work assignments, keys and supplies, and sign the key log accurately.
- Vacuum carpets, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
- Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors and polish brass and metal.
- Replenish bathroom and room supplies, tidy guest toiletries and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
- Maintain clean corridors, service pantries and service areas at all times.
- Inform valet service to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in a similar role within a four or five‑star hotel.
- Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quality‑oriented with attention to detail and high performance standards.
- Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines and using related software.
