Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will uphold Forbes Five‑Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards by delivering exceptional cleanliness and personalized service in guest rooms and public areas. This position supports both Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring a seamless and timely guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned public areas to luxury standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards or lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Coordinate with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure timely room release.
• Maintain control of housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, master key control and uniform/linen management.
• Review daily guest information and fulfil preferences and special requests accurately.
• Handle guest laundry items, release and manage daily laundry services.
• Provide backup for Laundry Attendant duties during holidays or absences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
