Outlet Manager – Hospitality Leadership

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a dynamic, guest‑oriented Outlet Manager to lead one of its signature restaurants or bars. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations, maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, anticipate needs, and handle feedback effectively.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the team; manage schedules and performance.
• Control revenue and costs through upselling, waste minimisation, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, internal SOPs, and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and events.
• Prepare reports on sales, guest feedback, staff performance, and operational needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with F&B software is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control practices.
