Supervisor – Linen & Laundry

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor for its Linen & Laundry department to lead day‑to‑day operations at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of linens and guest garments.
• Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, adjust staffing levels, and maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Support budgeting, track financial performance, analyse equipment usage and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update SOPs, oversee laundry systems, and ensure secure, on‑time delivery of items.
• Handle documentation, address guest laundry concerns, and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of textile care, fabric types and garment handling procedures.
• Effective leadership, team coordination and communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with laundry management systems.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems and basic equipment maintenance.
