About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with hotel standards and identify improvement areas.
• Assist in training and mentoring staff to enhance performance and service quality.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting replenishment needs.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Customer‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
