Housekeeping Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Cove Rotana Resort is looking for a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and issue keys and supplies.
• Monitor VIP, Do Not Disturb, Sleep‑Out and double‑lock rooms and act accordingly.
• Attend daily briefings, receive special guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled.
• Inspect cleaned areas using checklists, verify room supplies, and report repairs.
• Handle check‑outs, update room status and coordinate with the front office.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
• Train and coach attendants, report performance to superiors.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping equipment and ensure proper handling.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
• Previous minor supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal, problem‑solving and cross‑cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Opera property‑management system (advantageous).
• Computer literacy.
