About the role
FH Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized HR & Administration Executive to join its logistics team in Dubai. This full‑time position requires immediate or short‑notice availability.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Coordinate visas, Emirates ID, medical, and insurance processes.
- Support payroll and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO and government authorities.
- Manage office administration and facilities.
- Handle driver and staff documentation and renewals.
- Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of UAE HR & Administration experience.
- Strong MS Office and Excel proficiency.
- Good knowledge of UAE HR processes and documentation.
- Logistics/transportation experience and a UAE driving licence are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
