HR Business Partner – Financial Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in a mid‑sized financial services organisation to align people strategies with commercial objectives. This permanent position offers the chance to influence talent, performance and organisational growth in a structured, goal‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate appropriate programmes.
• Analyse HR metrics to drive data‑informed decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR practices within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in workforce planning and talent management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
