HR Business Partner

About the role

At Kellanova, the HR Business Partner will work from the Media City office in Manchester on a hybrid basis, supporting the Commercial teams for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role blends hands‑on HR delivery with strategic partnership to create engaging employee experiences and drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with people managers across Commercial areas to translate business priorities into practical HR solutions.
• Support the design and delivery of organisational change initiatives in collaboration with the UK HR team.
• Coach managers and teams to embed consistent leadership behaviours aligned with company values.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, employment legislation and HR best practice, backed by data analysis.
• Assist with the rollout of core HR programmes such as talent management, performance management processes, individual development plans, reward and recognition, succession planning and annual salary reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR professional in a customer‑focused, commercially driven partnering role.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted member of the Commercial team.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to anticipate business needs and deliver effective people solutions.
• Confidence in delivering communications and training across multiple teams.
