About the role
EKTIFA is looking for an HR Coordinator to support recruitment pipelines and daily HR operations within its FMCG and farm divisions in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation programs, probation reviews and confirmation workflows.
- Maintain digital HR files, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and handle workplace inquiries.
- Use ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) to manage employee records, training schedules and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR/recruitment experience in FMCG, dairy, manufacturing, agriculture or food production.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
Required skills
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP.
