Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition (Emirati National)

About the role

A prominent semi-government entity is looking to appoint a Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to support its nationalization strategy and high-volume recruitment initiatives. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions, with strong exposure to Emiratization programs. The position is advertised through Black Pearl Consult in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
• Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
• Support employer branding, career fairs and graduate development programs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in large organizations.
• Prior exposure to Emiratization programs and government or semi-government environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
