People & Culture Manager

About the role

A growing organization based in Sharjah is hiring a People & Culture Manager through its recruiter. The role suits an experienced HR professional who can work both strategically and operationally: shaping people strategy, culture and talent acquisition while managing day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on setting. The position is advertised for Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, and advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning and succession.
• Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding and structured hiring, build talent pipelines and improve candidate experience.
• Design engagement programmes such as pulse surveys and team building, manage employee relations and promote inclusion.
• Run performance appraisal cycles and design learning and development programmes aligned with future skills such as digital, AI and leadership.

Required profile

• 8-12 years of HR experience across strategic and operational areas.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred.
• Proven success in talent acquisition and culture-building.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS and modern HR tools.
