About the role
Fast Logistics is looking for an HR Generalist in Sharjah to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, records, leave and attendance, payroll inputs, benefits, employee relations, performance management and policy support, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Support employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare HR reports.
- Support visa, work permit and other employee-related processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
