HR Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Manager to manage HR activities and functions across the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labour laws. The role also shapes organisational culture and promotes employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, from job postings through interviews and selection
• Manage onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations
• Support managers and employees on personnel matters and handle performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing and compensation programmes
• Facilitate training and development programmes
• Monitor employee engagement and improve workplace satisfaction
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
