HR Officer (Payroll & Employee Records)

About the role

Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain is hiring a full-time HR Officer. The role covers accurate and timely payroll processing, employee data management and related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law while keeping employee information confidential.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll attendance and assist the HR Manager in calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions and end-of-service benefits
• Maintain and update employee records, including employee IDs and email accounts, and generate and distribute payslips
• Act as the ERP custodian for payroll and employee data, updating HRMS/ERP systems for new joiners, resignations and salary revisions
• Prepare manual timesheets for active staff when required
• Manage leave records and approvals, and monitor biometric attendance systems, including registering new joiners and fixing machine errors
• Handle onboarding requirements such as ID badges and email signatures, and prepare payroll reports and documentation in line with UAE Labour Law

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field
• 5-8 years of payroll or HR experience; UAE experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS and payroll procedures
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving skills
