About the role
Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain is looking for a full-time HR Assistant. The role covers the day-to-day support of recruitment and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment drives
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Recruitment tools and platforms
