HR Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The HR Officer will support the Human Resources function in Abu Dhabi by maintaining accurate employee records, administering HR systems, and driving performance and engagement initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate HR records and filing systems for permanent, outsourced, and blue‑collar staff, including periodic audits and archiving.
• Administer HR system data in SAP and SuccessFactors, handling new joiners, dependents, reporting changes, and employee record updates.
• Update organisational charts in both SAP and manual formats on a regular basis.
• Manage the end‑to‑end performance management process, ensuring timely appraisals and fair handling of performance‑related grievances.
• Lead employee engagement activities such as CEO Lunch & Engage sessions and coordinate CEO Townhalls.
• Oversee the full HR lifecycle for outsourced staff, covering onboarding, contract administration, off‑boarding, attendance coordination, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison with recruitment and outsourcing agencies to ensure contractual compliance and service standards.
• Support internal and external HR audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and governance compliance.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
