About the role
Windmills Group, an asset valuation, building consulting and management advisory firm based in the UAE, is looking for an HR Officer. The role handles day-to-day HR operations, from hiring to payroll, and ensures the company stays compliant with UAE labour law.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Process visas, Emirates ID, labour contracts and renewals
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and WPS submissions
- Maintain employee records, leave tracking and the HR database
- Administer medical insurance, benefits and performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and Emiratisation targets
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE and WPS processes
- Organised, discreet and good with people
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
