HR Onboarding Officer

About the role

Aster Clinics is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Onboarding Officer to join its Human Resources team in Dubai. The role coordinates employee onboarding, manages personnel documentation, prepares HR reports and supports induction so that new employees have a smooth start.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from joining formalities through induction
• Prepare, verify and maintain accurate onboarding documents and employee records
• Compile HR data and generate reports for management decisions
• Create presentations and onboarding materials in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Work with internal departments to make onboarding seamless
• Keep HR records confidential and support routine HR administration
• Monitor documentation completion and follow up on outstanding onboarding requirements

Required profile

• Degree or Master's in Hospital Administration, an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE healthcare sector
• Good understanding of onboarding procedures, induction and HR administration
• Excellent communication, coordination, organisational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Hindi-speaking candidates and immediate joiners are preferred
