HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will support AbuDhabi Capital Group’s talent acquisition activities and broader HR operations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employee onboarding and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications and business requirements.
• Source candidates via direct search, professional networks, referrals, recruitment platforms and external partners.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear candidate communications.
• Prepare evaluation summaries and recruitment recommendations.
• Support executive search assignments and critical talent acquisition projects.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
• Support Emiratization and UAE national hiring initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, reports and hiring metrics.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with ADCG policies and governance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, employee induction and orientation programs.
• Assist with probation tracking, transfers, promotions and salary changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
• Support implementation of HR policies, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Emiratization and UAE national hiring programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
