HSE Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support a large wastewater treatment and pipeline construction project in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for implementing health, safety and environment standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HSE management system requirements on site.
• Conduct daily inspections and hazard identification for excavation and confined spaces.
• Organize safety training and emergency drills.
• Monitor work permits and personal protective equipment; report and investigate incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English.
• At least 5 years total experience and a minimum of 2 years in the current HSE position.
• Preference for experience in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
• Certificates approved by Ras Al Khaimah municipality are advantageous.
