Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is recruiting an Infrastructure Project Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role covers end-to-end delivery of a small-scale infrastructure project, with the possibility of scaling up to a major infrastructure program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution and delivery according to scope, budget and timeline
• Manage site operations for roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks and related infrastructure works
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and local authorities such as the RAK Municipality
• Monitor project progress, cost control and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC and regulatory standards
• Review drawings, method statements and material submittals
• Prepare progress reports, cash flow and project documentation
• Handle client meetings and stakeholder management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-12+ years of experience on infrastructure projects in the UAE, with proven experience as Project Manager
• Experience in RAK or the Northern Emirates preferred
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and experience liaising with authorities
• Availability in the UAE
