HSE Officer – Precast Concrete

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join e.construct’s Dubai office. The role focuses on health, safety and environmental compliance within our precast concrete operations, ensuring safe lifting, handling and transportation of precast elements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures and local regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near‑misses, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation such as inspection reports, incident logs and training records.
• Monitor safe practices during lifting, handling, storage and transport of precast components, including crane and forklift operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections for manufacturing, machinery, lifting and material‑handling activities.
• Coordinate HSE matters with project managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, standards and industry best practices and promote a proactive safety culture.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of HSE experience, preferably in the precast concrete industry.
• Strong understanding of HSE risks related to precast production, heavy‑equipment operations and concrete work.
• Relevant certification such as IOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
