About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Human Resources Administrator and help create memorable guest experiences by providing essential support to the HR department.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing and copying for HR operations.
  • Manage communications including phone calls, emails, mail processing and meeting coordination.
  • Organise travel bookings and itineraries for HR managers.
  • Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc departmental initiatives.

Required profile

  • Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing.
  • Leadership mindset that inspires others.
  • Team‑oriented attitude.
  • Ownership, accountability and a sense of urgency.
