About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to drive strategic talent management initiatives, strengthen performance management frameworks, and support employee development and succession planning.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement talent management, career development and succession planning frameworks.
- Develop and enhance performance management systems, policies and processes.
- Identify and manage high‑potential talent pools and critical leadership succession pipelines.
- Lead critical role identification and job analysis to support workforce and organizational planning.
- Partner with Learning & Development to align competency gaps, performance outcomes and career progression.
- Drive HR policy improvements and strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.
Required profile
- Strong background in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing HR frameworks.
