About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team in Dubai as a Human Resources & Learning & Development Coordinator. You will support HR managers, enhance employee experiences, and help deliver memorable guest stays.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to team member, manager and candidate inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain personnel files, HR records and documentation.
• Process payroll and coordinate with centralized payroll teams.
• Escalate complex employee relations matters to the HR Manager.
• Prepare and distribute HR memos, flyers and communications.
• Support planning and coordination of HR programs and initiatives.
• Assist with new‑hire and termination documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance and logistics.
