Human Resources Generalist (French Speaker)

About the role

This role covers a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, HR reporting and compliance. It also contributes to HR planning, process improvement and coordination across the organization and its centers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Take part in performance management, training plans and employee development
• Contribute to the annual salary review process
• Help prepare budgets and follow up on them
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, collect, review and analyze HR data
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, and support internal and external HR audits
• Participate in CMD HR activities and operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in multinational companies and diverse work environments
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English
• Able to adapt quickly to changing situations, organize tasks, manage time and work under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced level of Excel
• Ability to collect, analyze and report HR data
