About the role

The Hygiene Helper will ensure that all work areas, offices and common spaces within GMG’s manufacturing facilities in Dubai remain clean, safe and hygienic. This role supports a healthy environment for employees, visitors and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of offices, restrooms, common areas and operational spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and disinfect assigned areas using approved cleaning products and equipment.
  • Collect, segregate and dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Restock restrooms and ensure supplies are always available.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, report replenishment needs and handle cleaning materials safely.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards or damaged equipment promptly.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Required profile

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
