About the role
Lumber World Building Material Trading LLC is looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to promote building‑material products and support customers from the office. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing quotations and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed information on building‑material products.
- Support sales activities and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers as required.
- Achieve assigned sales objectives through effective customer engagement.
Required profile
- Motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of indoor sales operations, customer service, sales coordination, and customer‑relationship management.
- Building‑materials trading experience is preferred.
