Influencer/Creator Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a sales executive to source, pitch, negotiate and close deals for creator‑led campaigns across the GCC and beyond. The role involves handling inbound briefs, generating outbound opportunities and working closely with brands, agencies, media buyers and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the pipeline: respond quickly to inbound briefs and proactively target brands, agencies, tourism boards and governments.
• Pitch creator‑led campaigns and activations that address client objectives.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines and usage rights, and drive each deal to a signed contract and payment.
• Attend industry events, conferences, launches and client meetings regionally and internationally, often on short notice.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing heads, agency planners and media buyers to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with partnerships and delivery teams to ensure timely campaign launch.
• Maintain CRM data and provide weekly reports on pipeline, revenue versus target and upcoming closures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, media or agency roles with demonstrable closed deals.
• Strong obsession with closing deals and resilience to rejection.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy in the Gulf region.
• Ability to engage confidently with CMOs, agency planners and government stakeholders.
• Based in Dubai with a valid passport and ability to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools for research, prospecting, proposal creation and follow‑up.
