Information Security Manager

About the role

The Manager – Information Security leads the development and administration of security policies, risk management, and business continuity across the organization and its group companies. This senior role works closely with senior leadership and technical teams to ensure security measures align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Design and oversee risk management frameworks and business continuity plans, including disaster recovery and off‑site storage.
• Conduct security investigations, enforce compliance, and promote security awareness throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with system administrators and other custodians to disseminate security controls and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Prepare accurate MIS reports and manage the security team’s performance, training, and development.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in information security, risk management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, and CISSP.
