About the role
The Guest Service Expert for In‑Room Dining ensures guests receive a seamless dining experience directly in their rooms. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, set up and serve meals, and maintain a clean and welcoming service area while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders for in‑room dining and accurately communicate them to the kitchen.
- Set tables, serve meals, and clear service areas promptly.
- Read and visually verify menu information to ensure correct order details.
- Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching overhead and below the knees throughout the shift.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance and courteous communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
