Inside Sales Executive – Cars (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will drive revenue by building strong relationships with customers and promoting a range of automotive services. The role is primarily telephone‑based with occasional field visits, requiring a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to present tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals via calls, emails and text messaging.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4‑5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to handle high call volumes and meet aggressive targets.
