Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads and support the sales of cybersecurity solutions such as next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup, servers and storage. The role involves outbound calling and emailing to develop buying relationships and feed the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling to establish new business.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to create prospect databases.
• Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Understand negotiating interests of both Know‑All‑Edge and the client while demonstrating technical knowledge.
• Follow up on client commitments, prospect, qualify, and develop profitable new account relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup, servers, storage) via phone or email.
• Motivated by cold calling and probing questions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
