Inside Sales Representative – JDE Order Management

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales organisation by managing the full inside‑sales process for assigned accounts, focusing on Downhole (DH) tools. The role ensures accurate quoting, order processing, delivery coordination and invoicing while providing visibility into revenue and forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and maintain sales quotations for DH tools in line with approved pricing.
• Maintain timely sales‑quote reporting to support pipeline management.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with logistics and operations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of completed orders and act as the primary contact for order‑related queries.
• Monitor order, quote and delivery status in JDE, flagging risks to delivery schedules or forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of inside sales, sales support or customer service experience in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JDE (JD Edwards) or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting, tracking and data analysis.
