Insurance Agent

About the role

Dubizzle is looking for an Insurance Agent to promote and close car insurance policies for C2C buyers and sellers on its platform. You will consult customers over the phone, assess their needs and deliver tailored auto‑insurance solutions through a network of providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch auto‑insurance options.
• Assess customer eligibility and recommend suitable insurance packages.
• Own the full telesales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present customised solutions via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Cross‑sell value‑added services such as car inspection, warranty and finance.
• Build rapport and act as a trusted advisor throughout the insurance journey.
• Manage objections, follow‑up promptly and ensure timely deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, quotations and closed deals.
• Share daily performance updates and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on policy changes, provider offerings and UAE market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto‑insurance sales, preferably via telesales.
• Background in high‑volume inside sales or call‑centre environments.
• Experience using CRM software or apps.
• Familiarity with the UAE automotive market.
