Insurance Assistant – Motor Insurance Operations

About the role

The Insurance Assistant will support daily motor insurance operations for both retail and fleet customers in Dubai. You will ensure quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations are processed accurately and within the required turnaround time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle retail motor quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Review and approve requests according to the authority matrix and underwriting guidelines.
• Enter, review and update policy details in the system, maintaining accurate records.
• Follow up on pending documents, payments and approvals with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain trackers, reports and ensure work is completed within the required TAT.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in motor insurance operations.
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance processes and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
