Insurance Specialist - Medical Renewals

About the role

The Direct Renewals Executive manages medical insurance renewals, ensuring high retention and seamless renewal experiences for direct clients. You will engage proactively with customers, present renewal options, and drive recurring revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end renewal processes for existing direct clients.
• Engage customers on monthly renewal allocations, discuss options and timelines.
• Generate and present renewal quotations and proposals.
• Explain insurer renewal offers, suggest alternatives, and upsell or cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and operations to ensure timely renewals.
• Resolve customer concerns and negotiate renewal terms.
• Monitor policy expiration dates and proactively follow up.
• Prepare renewal reports, customer records, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in insurance renewals or a related field.
• Strong customer‑facing attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple renewal pipelines.
