About the role
Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a UAE national to join its Internal Audit team as an Internal Audit Manager. The role supports the Head of Internal Audit and focuses on delivering audit services that enhance the bank's control environment and protect its financial position.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver audit services aimed at improving the control environment.
- Conduct timely audits that add value to the business and ensure findings are addressed.
- Maintain audit documentation and reporting in line with the Audit Manual and standards.
- Support strategic initiatives, innovation programs, and staff engagement activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with business stakeholders and ensure observations are fact‑based and agreed with management.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Graduate degree.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification.
- Positive attitude to change and commitment to department values.
