Internal Audit Manager

About the role

An experienced Internal Audit Manager is sought in Dubai to strengthen internal controls, manage audit activities and support business growth. The role is full-time, and the estimated salary is AED 16,000 to 23,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit plans and strategies.
• Lead internal audits across departments and business operations.
• Evaluate financial records, internal controls and risk management processes.
• Identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Lead and mentor the internal audit team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal auditing or risk management.
• Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA or CPA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills, with high attention to detail and professional integrity.
