About the role
Join the award‑winning Tamooha operations centre, a unique initiative staffed exclusively by UAE national women. As a Team Leader you will oversee day‑to‑day processing activities and ensure service standards are met for internal customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily execution of data centre processing and cross‑sell activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and turnaround times.
- Act as first point of escalation for queries, providing solutions within defined TATs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal ADCB units and external vendors to share information and gather feedback.
- Apply ADCB Service Standards to deliver consistent customer service in all interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization.
- Knowledge of Arabic language, process orientation, planning and organizing, and training & development.
