Team Leader - Compliance Screening

About the role

Join ADCB’s Global Business Services team as a Team Leader overseeing compliance screening for new and existing customers. You will ensure alerts are reviewed accurately, support regulatory reporting, and lead a team to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality screening and review of onboarding alerts submitted by associates.
• Assess system usage for alert review and ensure compliance with bank processes.
• Report matches to Compliance to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Manage the team according to ADCB’s people‑management policies and drive business performance.
• Organise and supervise team activities to achieve targets and deliver the business plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in compliance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Understanding of account opening, customer documentation, and banking transactions.
• Familiarity with banking systems, reports, and workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of screening systems and software (preferred).
